*Please read over these policies to avoid extra charges*
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a charge of 50% of your appointment cost.
Our time is valuable and so is yours.
"No Show" Policy
Please, just don’t do it.
Or you’ll have to pay for a service you didn’t get to receive before making it back on anyone in the salon’s books.
Late Policy
If you show up 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, it may result in an adjusted service or you may be asked to reschedule entirely. If an altered/adjusted service is able to be performed after a late arrival, you will still be charged based on the original amount of time scheduled.
Arriving 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-call, no-show. We will not be able to schedule any future appointments for clients who fail to pay for cancelation/late fees.
